CANCELLATION POLICY

CANCELLATIONS or no-shows within 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. DEPOSITS go toward your final service total and are refundable up to 48 hours before your appointment. RESCHEDULING may be done with at least 48 hours' notice. LATE ARRIVALS are offered a 10 minute grace period. EXCEPTIONS may be made on a case-by-case basis. Service Adjustments & Corrections Policy We strive to provide high-quality services and ensure that each client leaves satisfied with their results. If you have a concern regarding your service, you must contact your stylist within 7 calendar days of your appointment. Concerns reported after this 7-day period may not be eligible for an adjustment or correction. All requests for adjustments or corrections are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the stylist’s professional discretion. A correction is not automatically guaranteed simply because a client is dissatisfied with the result. If a correction is approved, the stylist will determine the appropriate solution based on the original service performed, the condition and integrity of the hair, the client’s desired result, and what can be safely and reasonably achieved. A complimentary adjustment may be declined if the hair has been altered after the original service, including but not limited to at-home color, chemical treatments, toning, cutting, heat or styling practices that significantly affect the result, or services performed by another stylist or salon. Dissatisfaction with a result does not automatically constitute a service error or entitle a client to a refund, complimentary service, or correction. Any adjustment or correction offered is determined solely by the stylist after evaluating the circumstances. We reserve the right to decline a correction when it is not appropriate, cannot be safely performed, falls outside the 7-day notification period, or when the requested result differs from the service originally agreed upon.
